Guidance for Applicants (GFA) No. TI 01-005

The Strengthening Minority Communities cooperative agreements are intended to encourage minority communities to strengthen and enhance their substance abuse treatment system for adult racial/ethnic minority populations. The goals of this program are to support communities in their development of systems linkages and infrastructure leading to organizational coalitions to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of services to/in minority communities and to reduce disparities in access to care.
