Welcome to the CCP Resource Toolkit! Here you will find the materials and tools necessary to apply for and administer a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) grant following a Presidential disaster declaration. The CCP Resource Toolkit is designed for states, U.S. territories, and federally recognized tribes interested in establishing and running a comprehensive CCP Immediate Services Program (ISP) or Regular Services Program (RSP).
Use the four main pages in this toolkit as follows:
- Getting Started: Use this section to access an overview of the CCP, federal regulations, and other important background information to help you get started.
- Applying for Funding: Get application materials from this section, which also provides instructions for applying for the ISP and RSP grants.
- Training CCP Staff: Plan CCP trainings or access materials for trainers, crisis counselors, and other CCP staff, as well as tips on delivering effective crisis counseling during each phase of the disaster.
- Evaluating Your CCP: Prepare for data collection, evaluation, and reporting by visiting this section, which includes instructions on how to collect data to evaluate your program and how to use the online reporting system.
You can also find helpful information under “Timeline Links,” “Phases of Disaster,” and “Helpful Links” from the navigation bar at the top of this page.
