This National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) report was prepared by the Division of Population Surveys, Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality (CBHSQ) (formerly the Office of Applied Studies), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and by RTI International (a trade name of Research Triangle Institute), Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. At SAMHSA, Arthur Hughes and Pradip Muhuri were responsible for the content, analysis, and writing of the report, and Joseph C. Gfroerer reviewed and provided substantive revisions. At RTI, Neeraja S. Sathe and Kathryn Spagnola were responsible for the writing of the report, and Ralph E. Folsom and Akhil K. Vaish were responsible for the overall methodology and estimation for the model-based Bayes estimates and confidence intervals.
