This National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) report was prepared by the Division of Population Surveys, Office of Applied Studies (OAS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and by RTI International (a trade name of Research Triangle Institute), Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. At SAMHSA, Arthur Hughes was responsible for the content, analysis, and writing of the report, and Joseph C. Gfroerer reviewed and provided editorial suggestions. At RTI, Neeraja Sathe and Kathy Spagnola were responsible for the writing of the report, and Ralph Folsom and Akhil Vaish were responsible for the overall methodology and estimation for the model-based Bayes estimates and prediction intervals.
